1. Engineering Services & Scope

NextApex Studio provides custom Next.js engineering, UI/UX architecture, technical SEO execution, and full-stack API integration.

Key Terms & Clauses:

Detailed Scope: All development deliverables, wireframes, and features are explicitly outlined in project statements of work.

Sprint Milestones: Work is executed in structured sprints with active client review and demo verification at each phase.

Scope Revisions: Any additional feature requests beyond agreed specifications will be quoted as transparent change orders.

2. 100% Intellectual Property Ownership

Complete Code & Asset Rights

Upon final milestone settlement, client receives 100% ownership of source code, Figma design files, schemas, and media assets.

Key Terms & Clauses:

Code Repositories: Full admin access transferred for GitHub, Supabase, Vercel, and deployment servers.

No Hidden Lock-In: Zero proprietary builder lock-in or recurring framework licensing fees.

Client Content Rights: You retain sole trademark and copyright ownership of all brand content provided to us.

3. Milestone Payments & Invoicing

Transparent Pricing Structure

We operate on transparent milestone payment schedules to ensure aligned incentives and seamless project delivery.
